Bath Time is ME Time

Bath Time is ME Time

While some of us may be working more form home, it doesn't mean the demands on our time are any less. I think they've increased. Sometimes we just need to unplug even if only for a few minutes. Here is a simple recipe for a calming bath soak.

Mix 4 parts oatmeal with 1 part baking soda and grind to a powder. Put this mixture in a bowl (preferably one that will not be used for food products) and add a few drops of lavender* essential oil. Add 1/2 cup of this mixture to your bath as it is filling up.

Lavender is great but not everyone likes it and some may be allergic to it. If that's the case, forego the essential oil altogether.

Great idea using oatmeal for a bath! Love the bath bombs and soaps. Great products!
